   I was so fortunate to be among the audience at the STAR Mentor training on March 29th to hear Becky Brewington speak about how she became debt free.  I was so inspired by her story and her faith that I have embarked on my own quest to become debt free. 
   One of the things that inspired me about this presentation was that I got to meet a real live person who was just like me, in a lot of debt, who used her faith and good common sense to free herself from the financial burden that she and her family had gotten into. 
   Her faith played a very large role in her ability to become debt free.  I guess I never thought about relying so heavily on that part of my life to solve this problem.  I should know by now that there is no problem that God cannot solve- including the mess I have made of my finances.  In fact there is nothing in this world that God cannot turn into something magnificent if we will only get out of the way and let him.  This is probably why I have been unable to solve my debt problem- I wouldn’t get out of the way and let God take over! 
   So, if you want to know what you can do to become debt free and manage your money better then you’ve got to come to the Budgeting 101 training being held on April 30th and listen for yourself how she was able to pay off all her debt in six years time!  It will change your life for the better.
